Had an amazing experience on the train from Geneva to Milan: beautiful, snow-capped Alps falling into Lake Geneva.
When we got to Milan, we checked into our hotel and then went out to dinner. My eggplant parm was simple and delicious. Afterwards, we went to a bar for martinis, and then a club called Hollywood something. The discoteque was very very European and lovely .. we stayed there until 5 and then came home.
We are off for sightseeing near the Duomo, pizza, and the Brera art gallery!

After graduating, I researched pediatric HIV and TB diagnostics with the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief at the Harvard School of Public Health. I received my M.D. from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. While at Stritch, I participated in a service trip to Fond-des-blancs, Haiti, six months after the 2010 earthquake.
