Tsvangirai is doing all that he can to negotiate with Mugabe. I think that these talks will be fruitless; so far, Mugabe has broken all of his promises to the opposition party. Even the UN's efforts have been unable to make any impression on Mugabe.
I believe that Zimbabwe's infrastructure will continue to crumble -- and Zimbabweans will continue to die from cholera -- unless America, France, and England take leading diplomatic roles in the process.
