Kristof is correct in asserting that al Bashir's expulsion of international aid groups will result in the slow genocide of hundreds of thousands of Sudanese. Meanwhile, meningitis, which can result in headaches, confusion, paralysis, severe brain damage, and death, threatens to sweep through the camps.
